What else am I?

You may note that I’ve been ending my posts about women being multi-faceted, and it’s so true that we take on many roles in life: daughter, granddaughter, sister, wife, mother, employee, employer, friend…. We’re also cooks, cleaners, caregivers, taxi drivers, volunteers, family photo historians, hobbyists… and so much more! And deep in our core, we are ourselves.

Your photographer, MaggieWhat else am I?Whatever support you need to make your portrait session go so well you'll tell everyone about your dream photoshoot and share the pictures everywhere!

Even within a role, there are roles. For instance, I am a portrait photographer. But I’m also a business manager, marketer, equipment manager, lighting technician, janitor, location scout, clothing stylist, weather analyst… and, as one of my mentor photographers, Megan DiPiero, has said, “At times I’m a marriage counselor. I’m usually a therapist. I’m often an interior designer and a gracious concierge. Above all, I’m a friend and a listening ear.”

I’m whatever you need me to be so that you can celebrate your best self with pix.

  • Need help choosing outfits? I’m here for you.
  • Can’t decide if you want studio or location? I can help with that.
  • Nervous about posing for the camera? I’ll direct you down to your pinky finger!
  • Want a makeup artist and/or hairstylist to help polish your look? I know some that do great work making sure you look like your best version of you.
  • Want someone to guide you through wall art sizing or layout? I’m your person.
  • Can’t decide between two pix to include in your folio box? I’ll tell you my preference and why (but let you make the final decision).
  • Need an album designed? Guess what! I do that, too!

Any question or concern, I’m here with an answer. My multi-faceted experience is here to make easy for you to shine!
