No “Pain Points”? Not So Fast

Even aspirational brands – those that address wants instead of needs – can still talk about their potential client’s struggles. This is where your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) come in; share those questions and answers. Better yet, share answers to questions they don’t know to ask!

A few examples of things you can share:

- Does your discretionary product or service fall within your client’s price range? Are there options that make it easier for them to afford it? Is there a payment plan or pre-purchase savings?

- How can they buy your product or service? What are the steps involved?

- Can you reassure your customer that their new purchase will arrive quickly and intact? That it looks as good in person as it does in the pictures?

- Can you show social proof of the experience others have had with you?
