Are you about to pop the question? Bring a photographer along to capture the “YES!” I love couples’ sessions, and this is one of the best: someone asking their partner to spend the rest of their life together. When you start thinking about the perfect time and place, please also consider having a “wing man/woman” to catch the action on camera.

It is super easy to set it up as photoshoot… but be sure to let your photographer know about your plans ahead of time! I thought one gentleman had stopped to tie his shoe, so I wasn’t really paying attention. Then I realized he’d pulled out a ring! I barely caught the moment.

Alternatively, be sneaky about it. Hire a photographer to hide away within view of where the action will take place, staying out of sight until you’ve got your answer, then popping out for a few celebratory pix before letting your date carry on.
