While it may seem like quite a bit more than you are used to, there’s a reason for the type and amount of makeup used in portrait sessions. It’s not that we’re trying to hide you; we’re trying to enhance you… and make sure that the camera doesn’t make you look like a ghostly apparition that I have to adjust later, as digital cameras tend to wash out people.
