Some trends are better than others. Most, however, are better avoided; you don’t want to look back on your photographs in 20+ years, and wonder, “what was I thinking?”

Classic, natural makeup that enhances your features – and let’s you look like yourself – is the goal… unless yours is a Creative shoot that requires specialty makeup… but that’s a different topic altogether.

Please “just say no” to ultra-thin or creatively-shaved eyebrows, unnaturally-colored lipsticks (like orange or blue), and bubble nails. Trends I love? Winged eyeliner and neutral lip shades, What are your favorite or least-favorite makeup trends?
