How to get the look, step by step:

1. Prepare your lips with a scrub to remove dead, flaky skin, and moisturize with beeswax or shea butter lip balm. Blot off excess.
2. Start with a lip liner, applying carefully. Fill in your lips with the same liner as a base.
3. Top with lipstick to add depth; a brush will help with even coverage. Press – do not rub! – lips together.
4. Peel off one layer from a facial tissue and place over lips. With a powder brush, apply translucent powder to lips through the tissue to set.
