for wonderful women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond!
This is your time to shine!
I’m searching for up to 50 women over the age of 50 who would like to share their life stories through a custom beauty or boudoir portrait session, and you are invited.
Whether you believe it or not, you are inspiring, and I want to show and tell your story.
Join me in recognition of mature women by participating in this project that may just transform the way you feel in your own skin. See yourself as others see you, right here, right now, as the vibrant woman you are.

What does it cost?
I’m offering this Over 50 Experience promotional package for just $490 (valued at $690).
What does it include?
The Over 50 Experience includes:
- Pre-shoot consultations to discuss how you want to be photographed, all the details involved, from what to wear and how to prepare, and everything else you’ll need to know. You'll be completely ready for this experience of a lifetime.
- Help with wardrobe styling, including access to my studio client closet, with sizes ranging from XS to 3XL. I'll help you "shop" your closet (you still have that gorgeous special-occasion dress in the back, don't you?) and mine, or even go shopping with you, if you'd like!
- Professional hairstyling and makeup application to help you show off your best version of you. My pro team will make sure your are camera-ready, and you can relax with the confidence of knowing you look great!
- Your guided portrait session, where I direct you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes… including what to do with your hands. You don't need to know how to pose; that's my job. And I promise it will be a fun little escapade!
- Your favorite image from our session. We’ll meet about a week later for an in-person reveal session, where you’ll see the best of the best portraits from our shoot and choose your complimentary print. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase more pix if you wish; what you purchase is entirely up to you.
- Feature spread in a limited-edition Over 50 Experience print magazine showcasing your image(s) and words, which will also be shared online. This commemorative publication will be a tangible way to share your own story and read about others involved in the community created by this project.
- A special gallery exhibition of the work of art that you are, complete with reception for participants and supporters who make this collection possible at a date to be determined.
Participants before August 15, 2023, were celebrated on September 13, 2023, at Second Stage Amherst. Portraits were on display through October 29.
How can I participate?
For this special package, you must sign a model release and agree to the following:
- before and after photos will be shared on social media, in print media, on websites, and in other marketing materials.
- interview questions must be answered after your photoshoot, to include a testimonial about your experience.

We all know women who do remarkable things in the world. But what about the woman next door, your friend, your sister, mother.... I want to tell their stories, too! I know all of them have done incredible things in their own lives and in the lives of those around them. Please share this information with them and encourage them to celebrate their wonderful lives, too!

I understand. This might be a stretch for some, so I've created another option: Simple Session Plus. Rather than enjoying the full experience, you come hair-and-makeup ready for a shortened photo shoot. You'll still be included in the magazine and reception with a lower session fee of $290.
